Sniffy Terms

Sniffy is a vocabulary-learning and word-game service provided for education and entertainment.

Accounts and age

WordPress accounts must be created and managed by someone aged 18 or older. Children may use supervised Child or Family profiles inside an adult-managed account. Keep your login secure.

Profile information

Do not put sensitive personal information into profile names, custom words or feedback. Family profiles are not separate accounts and share the adult account’s storage.

Word content

Definitions and examples are written for accessible learning. Language changes and mistakes happen; report anything inaccurate, unsuitable or unclear.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, attempt to access another person’s data, evade anti-spam controls or submit unlawful content.

Data deletion

The adult account holder can delete Sniffy learning data or request deletion of the complete WordPress account. Account deletion may require email confirmation.

Availability

The service may change, pause or remove features. Offline access is best-effort and depends on browser support.
